These Terms of Service regulate the process of purchasing a Subscription to an Application through the Site. These Terms of Service (ToS) form a part of the EULA, which regulates Your use of the Application and is published at the following link: Privacy policy. Please, read these ToS carefully. The rules of the ToS are binding upon You. If You do not agree to be bound by the rules of the ToS, please, purchase a Subscription to an Application from within the Application.

1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

The capitalized terms shall have the meaning as set forth in the EULA. If the EULA does not define a capitalized term, it shall have the meanings as set forth below. If the EULA and the ToS give different definitions to the same capitalized term, the definition in this ToS shall prevail only in case the term is used in connection with purchasing a Subscription through the Site.
“ToS” – means these Terms of Service, which is a binding agreement between You and the Company regulating the process of purchasing a Subscription to an Application through the Site.
“Site” – web-site https://webbastion-app.com/ including all web-pages of this we-site.
“Platform” – Google Play (for users who use the Application on a Device running Android operating system) or App Store (for users who use the Application on a Device running iOS operating system).
“You” – means an individual using the Site to purchase a Subscription.

2. CHANGES OF THE TOS

We may introduce changes to these ToS from time to time. You shall regularly check the latest version of the ToS at the link, available on the Site.
If You do not agree with the terms of the updated ToS, You are not allowed to use the Site for purchasing Subscriptions.

3. PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION VIA SITE

If You want to purchase a Subscription to any of the Apps via the Site, You need to do the following:

• choose the App and the Subscription, press “Subscribe”, “Purchase” or any similar button;
• proceed to checkout and pay for the Subscription. Please, take into account that we do not process, or store, or have any access to Your payment information, such as Your name as written on the bank card, card number and validity term, bank account number, etc.
• after that You will be invited to log into your Account. As the result of this operation Your payment will be irreversibly connected to your Account;
• then You will receive a link to download the App on either Platform, if You have not done that yet;
• after You have downloaded the App, please, log in to Your Account. After that You may use all possibilities of the App.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

All other matters not regulated by these ToS are set forth in the EULA.
These ToS represent an integral part of the EULA.
